Salt River Capital was founded in 2009 and added to the Carleton family of companies in 2013. The firm provides a variety of services including deal structuring and underwriting, research, analysis, acquisition, and disposition. Salt River’s professionals have experience investing and managing capital on behalf of some of the nation’s largest institutional investors.
