Tasha Krawiec serves as President & CEO of Carleton Living. Tasha joined the company in early 2024 and oversees all aspects of the property management company. 

Ms. Krawiec has over 25 years’ experience in the multifamily industry and a proven record in operational execution and performance management. Her experience spans across over twenty states and multiple product types, including conventional multifamily, value add, new construction, student, and affordable properties.

Ms. Krawiec brings deep industry knowledge and strong business acumen in strategic business planning, comprehensive financial management, performance analytics and reporting, technology adaptation, and building both engaged and high performing teams. Krawiec’s skills enable her to lead professional development and command strategic initiatives throughout all levels of the organization.

Prior to joining Carleton, Ms. Krawiec held the position of Senior Vice President at Indio Management where she was responsible for all aspects of the property management operations. This oversight included operations, facilities, marketing, training, support, revenue management, and new business development.

In her last position before Indio, she served as Vice President of Property Operations at BH Management Services for six years. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in the company’s significant growth, overseeing daily operations as the portfolio expanded from 45,000 to over 90,000 apartment homes nationwide. Krawiec was instrumental in developing the firm’s foundational management platform, positioning the company for enhanced growth, scalability, and sustainability. Her efforts were key in increasing new third-party business, consistently conveying the firm’s vision while enhancing its capabilities.

She also previously held senior roles at Landmark Apartment Trust of America, Bernard Allison Management and Colonial Properties Trust, where she was responsible for overall property management, revenue and expense management and asset management for up to 29,000 units throughout the Southern U.S.

Ms. Krawiec studied Business Administration at Texas Tech University and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
