With over 30 years of experience in third-party property management, Sharon Carpenter has held key leadership roles focused on client satisfaction, portfolio performance and strategic company growth.

Prior to joining Carleton Living, Sharon was Senior Vice President at Envolve Client Services Group where she oversaw daily operations for a portfolio of more than 10,000 units across major markets in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Tennessee and Florida. She led company-wide initiatives that improved operational efficiencies through technology and process enhancements while mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Before her tenure at Envolve, Sharon served as Regional Vice President at Capstone Real Estate Services Inc. where she managed a team of Regional Managers overseeing day-to-day operations for a diverse portfolio of affordable housing communities. During her time at Capstone, she built strong lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues that continue today.

Sharon is committed to staying ahead of market trends, best practices in property operations and regulatory compliance. Passionate about education and training, she fosters a culture of continuous learning, encouraging her teams to expand their industry knowledge and expertise.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University and has earned professional designations including Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) from the National Association of Home Builders.
