This recognition highlights Salt River Capital’s strong track record in securing and managing equity for multifamily real estate investments in 2024.

Founded in 2009 in Dallas, Texas, Salt River Capital specializes in private equity multifamily financing, focusing on new development and value-add transactions. The firm’s first deal in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex was completed in partnership with Carleton Companies. In 2013, Salt River Capital joined Carleton’s multifamily platform, leading its debt and equity financing strategy.
