Holland P. Gary Joins The Dallas Foundation Board of Governors

DALLAS – February 1, 2025 – Holland P. Gary, a respected financial leader and community advocate, has been appointed to the Board of Governors of The Dallas Foundation, the first community foundation in Texas. As Principal and Chief Financial Officer of Carleton Companies and the Founder and President of Salt River Capital, Gary brings over 25 years of expertise in private equity, real estate and venture capital to the organization.

His leadership experience spans key positions at Aldus Equity, an affiliate of the RREEF division of Deutsche Bank and in developing early-stage companies and Fortune 500 technologies.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Gary is deeply committed to philanthropy and community development. He has served on the boards of The da Vinci School and Greenhill School and is a current Trustee of the Southwestern Medical Foundation and a board member of the Hoblitzelle Foundation. His appointment to The Dallas Foundation’s Board of Governors further underscores his dedication to strengthening Dallas through impactful philanthropy.
