Collin brings over 13 years of extensive experience in human resources, recruiting, employee engagement and company culture from some of the top property management firms, including Riverstone, Monogram Residential, BH Management, Lurin and Indio Management.
In his new role, Collin will oversee all human resources functions and drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, recruitment processes and organizational development. His experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance will play a vital role in advancing Carleton Living’s commitment to a people-first culture. Over the past month, Collin has already been consulting on key projects to strengthen employee engagement and recruitment strategies.
Collin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
