Will Henderson

Will Henderson is the Director of Affordable Housing for Carleton Companies.

Will joined the firm in 2007. Under Will, Carleton was the first developer in Texas to receive a RAD award for their affordable housing clients.

He analyzes a project’s financial feasibility among various funding structures and recommends the best course of action to insure a project’s success. He is also responsible for ongoing analysis through the cycle of a project to keep expenditures in line with budgets and expectations of the client.

In addition to providing financial analysis for projects, he is key in managing and overseeing reporting responsibilities to state agencies throughout the tax credit process.

Prior to joining Carleton he worked at Trammell Crow and PAJ, Inc. as a Special Project Analyst.

Will is a graduate of Texas A & M and University of Texas at Dallas.
