Lisa McKnight, SPHR

Lisa has over 20 years of experience in managing Human Resources.  She is responsible for full lifecycle employment management for the Construction and Development divisions.  Lisa has been with the firm for 4 years.  Prior to joining Carleton, she worked in several roles in HR Departments for large international corporations.  Professionally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Lisa also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
